I guess this should have been the first post. But the one about marking my words was too fresh in my mind. I've always thought about starting a blog and when the "Mark My Words" post was bouncing around in my mind, I decided to do it.
I don't know how often I'll post, I guess just as the need strikes me.
As for me, I'm just a lonely conservative in this bluest of blue states... just sitting here waiting for the property tax relief that Gov. Deval Patrick (aka Messiah the Lesser) promised us during his campaign. As they say, when the phone don't ring, I'll know its Deval.
I intend to blog on the hypocrisy of the libs, the antics of the blatantly biased Main Stream Media (MSM or Lame Stream Media (LSM)), the ever popular Religion of Peace (ie, Islam) and anything of interest to other conservatives.
And maybe a post or two about Europe and Ireland.
Out.

As Joe would say, Mark My Words....

Yes, to take a page out of the book of Joe Biden, mark my words.
Today, the price of a gallon of gasoline at the gas station nearest my house is, oh, about $2.70 per gallon. When The Appointed One (read Barack Obama) is elected and the price of gas starts creeping up, and up, and up (and it will because his holiness does not think we can "drill our way out of the problem"), you can be damn sure that no one on the left - not the Dems, not the Lame Stream Media - no one will tell us how low the price of gas was in the waning days of the Bush Administration. Of course, when it starts to go up again under an Obama/Biden Administration, you'll hear calls for the investigation of the oil companies, the taxation of their "windfall profits", the effects of eight years of George Bush's failed policies, etc. etc.
What you won't hear is how Saint Obama's no drilling policy keeps the supply of oil down, thereby raising the price....
The attached article is from the Boston Globe, October 20, 2008.
